Those looking for adventure can do a thrilling excursion on an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) in the surrounding areas of Los Cabos, where you can race across dunes and explore the area’s numerous cascades.

El Chorro – To arrive at this place, head in the direction of Santiago from San Jose del Cabo; you’ll find it several kilometers beyond Miraflores. This experience will put your ATV-riding skills to the test. Near one of the cascades you’ll also find the hot springs of San Jorge and Agua Caliente.

Faro Viejo – Located in Cabo Falso, 19 kilometers (12 miles) from Cabo San Lucas, this old lighthouse was built in 1890. You can arrive there on horseback or in an off-road vehicle. For those who enjoy adventure sports, the main attraction is getting there, as it requires you to cross some spectacular dunes.
