Ecotourism

The inhabitants of Monterrey have managed to preserve a beautiful nature park on the outskirts of the city, on the slopes of the sheer mountains in the south: Chipinque. Everything has been designed to allow the city’s inhabitants to enjoy the flora and fauna that has largely been preserved. About 45 km south of the city lies another park, known as Horsetail Falls, which reminds visitors that not everything in the north of the country is arid.
